COVID-19 HELPFUL INFORMATION

Coronavirus (COVID-19) has created a lot of uncertainty throughout the world, but we want to assure our customers that we’re doing everything possible to ensure you continue to receive the excellent service for which Pekin Insurance is known.

  • For those customers who may need some assistance due to financial difficulties, we are allowing a 60 day grace period effective March 19 and ending on May 18. Policies will not be cancelled during this time for non-payment of premium. We will continue to invoice as normal during this period. Any premium payments not made will need to be caught up to current after this period. Our team is available to discuss ways we may be able to help, which may include waiving fees, changing payment plans, or making other payment arrangements. Billing questions may be directed to your local agent.
  • Personal Lines and Life Insurance customers can use the customer portal, My PI, to obtain policy information and documents. Payments for all policy types can be made online at http://www.pekininsurance.com/customer-center/pay-a-bill/.
  • Our claims teams are ready to assist. As usual, Property & Casualty claims can be filed online at http://www.pekininsurance.com/customer-center/file-a-claim/. We ask that all Life and Annuity claims be called in at 800-371-9622.
