Getting to Know Your New Bill

At Pekin Insurance, we are constantly striving to provide our policyholders the best possible experience with our products and services. With that in mind, we have completely redesigned our invoices to be far more simple, intuitive, and easy to understand. Please use this page to get to know your new bill.

Invoice Summary - At a glance, find out how much you have due, when it's due, your full account balance, and what your account number is.

Amount Due Summary - Here you can view details of your policy, including policy number, the property associated with the policy, your payment plan, and the amount due.

Pay Your Bill - Find options to pay for you bill, including online, by phone, or by mail.

For Assistance - Need help with your bill? Look here for your agency contact information and the pekininsurance.com address.

Invoice Totals - This includes the minimum amount due on your policies and any fees associated with the bill. 

Payment Coupon - If paying by mail, detach this section, fill out the 'Amount Enclosed', and include in the provided envelope.

Account Details - Here you can view details of your account, including all the policies within the account, what is covered, the status of each policy, current policy periods, how it is billed, and the current policy balance.

Full Account Balance - This includes the balance of the entire account through the end of the policy period.
