Pekin Life Insurance Company held its annual meeting on Tuesday, May 12, 2026.

The Company reported net income of $8.3 million for the year ending December 31, 2025. Life Insurance inforce exceeded $21.9 billion at year-end 2025. Total assets were $1.4 billion at December 31, 2025.

At the meeting, shareholders elected directors Anthony S. Burkhart, Vincennes, Indiana; Sheri N. Roser, Enfield, Illinois; and Kevin M. Zoeller, Louisville, Kentucky, to three-year terms, to expire in May 2029.
