Pekin Life Insurance Company held its annual meeting on Tuesday, May 13, 2025.

The Company reported net income of $8.6 million for the year ending December 31, 2024. Premium income decreased by 1.4 percent to $186 million. Life Insurance in force exceeded $21.8 billion at year-end 2024. 

At the meeting, shareholders elected directors Brian R. Dennison, Morton, Illinois; James W. Hefti, Peoria, Illinois; and Chaille J. Becker, Peoria, Illinois, to three-year terms, to expire in May 2028.

Other directors whose terms continue are Anthony S. Burkhart, Vincennes, Illinois; Craig W. Concklin, Hinsdale, Illinois; Daniel V. Connell, Tremont, Illinois; John S. Heller, East Peoria, Illinois; Brian K. Lee, Pekin, Illinois; and Sheri N. Roser, Enfield, Illinois.
