We offer a convenient, eco-friendly claim alert program that eliminates paper EOBs. Anytime you have a claim processed, an email alert is sent to notify you of the processing. For your protection, no private claim information is included in the email. The email only provides notification to you that a claim has been processed. To view new information, simply log into WEBeci, the online claim inquiry system. An image of the EOB you are accustomed to seeing will be available for viewing once logged into WEBeci.

Please note, Pekin Insurance cannot be responsible for failed delivery of an E-EOB email alert. WEBeci is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to access your account and verify if you have new claims processed.
