Tuition Assistance
At Pekin Insurance, our goal is to attract and retain the best talent, and we invest in supporting the growth and development of our employees through various learning and development opportunities. One way we do this is through our tuition reimbursement program. It is designed to support employees who are working to further their education and achieve growth in their career field, by removing some of the financial burden when choosing to pursue an associate, bachelors, or master’s degree program.
Insurance Education
At Pekin Insurance, we want our employees to learn more about the insurance industry. We do this by offering our employees reimbursement for a variety of different insurance education courses and designations. Some of these are AINS, FLMI, CPCU, and CLU. On top of being reimbursed for the class as well as study materials, you may even receive a bonus for receiving your designation!
