Service Office Highlight: Appleton

The Pekin Insurance Home Office is located in Illinois, but we have independent agents and regional offices all across the United States. These service offices provide a home base for our Sales, Personal Lines Underwriting, Commercial Lines Underwriting, and P&C Claim teams who work in the field and serve as closer point of contact for agents who do business with us.
Our Appleton, Wisconsin, service office opened in the late 1980s with four adjusters that handled claims in the region. Now, the staff has grown to a team of 12.
About the Appleton Area
With a population of nearly 73,000, Appleton spans three different counties in Wisconsin. Located about 30 miles southwest of Green Bay, the city is situated along the Fox River and is home to a variety of different neighborhoods, ATTRACTIONS, and top-rated SCHOOLS.
Destinations like an exhibition center, a performing arts venue, and a large retail outlet mall provide plenty to do. Annual events hosted in the area include the MILE OF MUSIC festival and OCTOBERFEST, an annual family-friendly event with live music, games, car shows, and more.
