You may call 1-800-322-0160, Extension #2010 to pay your premium through our "Voice Response System"(VRS) by credit or debit card. If you do not want to use the "Online system" or "VRS" system, a credit card authorization form can be printed by clicking on the printer icon below. Mail the form along with your premium bill stub to our office.

Also, for all types of insurance including "Life and Health" our company offers automatic electronic payment of your premium from your bank account. If you prefer this method, contact your agent for the necessary authorization forms.
