The new Pekin Insurance Mobile Claims Office is transforming how Pekin Insurance will handle claims in those areas that have

The Mobile Claims Office, a 36-foot-long motor home built by Burlington RV in Wisconsin, is equipped with six
workstations. It is also furnished with a conference room that seats four
or
provides four additional workstations so that claims can be handled quickly and more efficiently. A totally self-contained unit, it
is complete with a generator. State-of-the-art satellite and wireless technology for networking assist in the no-hassle settling of
claims, which will quickly assist in getting clients’ lives back in order.
When tragedy strikes, the Mobile Claims Office will be on site as quickly as possible and will park at a local retail
establishment. The mobile unit will be staffed with professional claim personnel from Pekin Insurance’s highly trained
Catastrophe Team and they will be ready to inspect damages, settle claims, make payments for emergency living expenses, etc.
