Q. Will my monthly payments ever change?

A. Yes. If the cost of your insurance changes, your monthly payments will change. If you make a change to your policy that increases or decreases your insurance premiums, we will adjust any future invoices that have not been billed. This is why it is always best to pay the billed amount even if you know there is a change being made.

Q. Is it really a problem that my payments are late? You do get them eventually.

A. Yes. Unfortunately, we have additional expenses when accounts are not paid on time and the policies are cancelled for non-payment. It is unfair to our other policyholders to incur these costs. It takes several days for us to process your application, and this payment covers your insurance costs during this time.
