(E-EOBs)

We offer a convenient, eco-friendly claim alert program that eliminates paper EOBs. Anytime insureds have a claim processed, an email alert is sent to notify them of the processing. For their protection, no private claim information is included in the email. The email only provides notification to them that a claim has been processed. To view the new claim information,simply log into WEBeci, the online claim inquiry system. An image of the EOB they are accustomed to seeing will be available for viewing once logged into WEBeci.

Please note, Pekin Insurance cannot be responsible for failed delivery of an E-EOB email alert. WEBeci is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for you to access your account and verify if you have new claims processed.
