Roadside Rescue Pkin InsuranceThe types of services included in our Roadside Rescue coverage:

  • Towing
  • Tire change for flat tire
  • Out of gas/emergency fuel delivery (cost of gas is responsibility of policyholder)
  • Dead battery jump-starts
  • Lockout Service – service provider will come to the vehicle location to unlock the doors of the vehicle and provide assistance if the key is lost or broken (key replacement cost will be policyholder’s responsibility)
  • Winching – towing provider will extract the vehicle which is stuck, as long as the cause of the request is not due to an accident
  • Concierge/One Call Claim Service – Assistance in arranging alternative transportation, finding an ATM or hotel, or locating other necessary services in the event of a breakdown
  • Minor Mechanical Assistance – Minor roadside repairs provided by a qualified Roadside Assistance Representative

Roadside Rescue Frequently Asked Questions

Currently, any policyholder with Comprehensive Coverage under a personal auto or commercial auto policy qualifies for the Roadside Rescue program. There is no additional cost if you currently have Comprehensive Coverage.
There is no cost as long as the insureds stay within network and within the 10-mile radius of a repair facility or beyond 10 miles to the nearest repair facility.
No, towing related from an accident is not covered under this program.
No, Roadside Rescue does not apply to motorcycle policies.
Yes, coverage is applicable in all 50 states and Canada.
Yes, this would be considered a disabled vehicle if the insured is unable to change the tire or does not feel comfortable changing the tire, making the program applicable to the situation.
If policyholders call the towing provider on their own and pay the bill and then submit it to their agent or company, it does limit the amount of coverage to the policy limit of that coverage. If policyholders call our toll-free number and go through the network, they have no dollar limit, as long as they stay within the network.
No, simply place the decal in any location that is convenient for you. Also, please note that the decal has been printed in reverse so that it can be read from outside the vehicle should you be locked out of your car.
