Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota is an in-network provider under a direct PPO agreement with Pekin Life Insurance Company, regardless of what PPO network an insured selects.

Please Note: The Preferred Providers listed in the web-based Provider Directory of a PPO network are only valid for Major Medical Plans that have access to that specific network. Pekin Life Insurance Company will only consider those providers as In-Network that actually belong to the particular insured's PPO Network.
